The efficient provision of HR services via the HR Business Partnering approach is the responsibility of the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). In addition to helping to build internal procedures and offer solutions for a wide range of difficult HR issues, you will assist in evaluating client needs and interpreting and applying the CCBRT HR strategy and policies, rules, and laws. Working closely with line managers on all staff management issues, as an HR Business Partner, you provide line managers and employees with a value-added service.
Position Overview
Everyday, as the HRBP, you will be in charge of all HR-related issues for the designated departments. This covers all HR administration, including performance management, hiring and selection, assessment of training needs, compliance issues, leave, and disciplinary support. You will help with the implementation of the HRIS and payroll administration as a member of the HR team.
Your qualifications and work experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as human resource management
- Fewer than six years of professional experience in a corporate setting, primarily in form design, primary data gathering, performance analysis, and reporting.
- Administration of payroll experience
- Possess the capacity to arrange, plan, and structure work
- Extremely proficient in Word, Excel, and other word processing applications
- Display strong evaluative and analytical abilities.
- Capacity to multitask
- Possess strong social skills and a client-focused mindset
- Competent in Swahili and English
- The capacity to maintain a great degree of secrecy.
