Responsibilities:
- To plan and organize catering functions;
- To ensure cleanliness of staff, equipment and surroundings;
- To deal with day to day running of catering services;
- To maintain high quality of food services;
- To plan menus and organizes staff;
- To ensure cleanliness in the kitchens, Dining Halls and Canteens;
- To deal with various administrative and supervisory duties; and
- To perform any other duties that may be assigned by supervisor.
Qualification:
Holder of Bachelor Degree in one of the following fields; Hotel Management, Cookery, Catering, Home Economics, Food and Nutrition, Food Science or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.
