In your capacity as general manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the business and make sure that our security services are delivered in a seamless and effective manner. Setting strategic objectives, creating business plans, and guaranteeing the company’s financial performance will all be major responsibilities of yours. The ideal applicant will be well-versed in management, leadership, and the security sector, and they will have a track record of accelerating operational excellence and business success.

  • Provide leadership and direction to all company operations, including security services, administration, and HR.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive company growth.
  • Manage and optimize company resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:
