JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Supervising the enrollment of farmers who met the project criteria.
● To collect and send Farmers’ Returns information.
● Providing Progress Feedback and challenges to the Manager
● Collaborating with farmers to achieve the successful implementation of the project.
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE APPLICANT
● Must have a Certificate in Agriculture, Environment, Community Development or related fields.
● Have a good ability to communicate in fluent Kiswahili.
● Have knowledge in Technology (use of Smartphone or Tablet) and data collection.
● Have experience working with farmers, especially in rural areas.
● Be able to work in a rural environment and travel long distances.
● Have the following important attachments
Copy of ID or NIDA number,
Copy of birth certificate or voter ID
Copies of educational certificates (from the fourth form, diplomas, etc.)
