JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Supervising the enrollment of farmers who met the project criteria.
● Provide training and monitor the progress of planting, maintenance and development of trees and crops
● Collecting and monitoring farm information in collaboration with farmers.
● Provide feedback on progress and challenges to the Carbon Payment manager.
● Collaborating with farmers to achieve the successful implementation of the project.
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE APPLICANT
● Must have a certificate in agriculture, environment, community development or related areas.
● Have a good ability to communicate in fluent Kiswahili.
● Have knowledge in technology and data collection.
● Have experience working with farmers, especially in rural areas.
● Be able to work in a rural environment and travel long distances.
● Have the following important attachments
● Copy of ID or NIDA number,
● Copy of birth certificate or voter ID
● Copies of educational certificates (from the fourth form, diplomas, etc.)
