We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Aishi Machame Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Get drinks ready and serve them:
- Alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks should be combined, garnished, and served in accordance with established guidelines and recipes.
- Order drinks for both wait staff and patrons.
- Make sure that appropriate serving procedures are followed, such as verifying age with identification.
- Respond to and greet clients in a cordial and expert manner similar to what is expected at Altezza Travelling Limited.
- Assist with drink selection suggestions and address inquiries on the bar menu.
- Respond politely and on time to any grievances or issues raised by customers.
- Keep the bar area tidy and orderly by wiping down surfaces, cleaning glassware, and getting rid of trash.
- Stock and replenish the bar’s supplies, such as alcohol, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and other items.
- To avoid shortages and overstocking, keep an eye on and control inventory levels.

Qualifications:
- Certification in Bartending or Hospitality Management is beneficial for a bartender at Altezza Travelling Limited.
- Having 5 years working experience as a bartending.
- Familiarity with various drink recipes and mixology techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.
- Flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
