Job Title: Sales Manager || at Coca Cola
Coca-Cola Kwanza Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager in Dar es Salaam with relevant experience and knowledge, with direct reports to the Sales & Market Execution Director.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager will drive volume, revenue, long-term growth, manage a diverse sales team, build client relationships, and maintain the company’s reputation for excellence and financial growth.
- Sales Force Leadership Role Overview
- Lead sales force for superior performance across the region.
- Ensure profit delivery and performance according to plans.
- Manage region profit and loss.
- Monitor and review sales and marketing performance.
- Develop and implement sales force effectiveness and automation capabilities.
- Implement customer segmentation and related toolkits.
- Manage Right Execution Daily (RED) systems, tracking, and non-conformance.
- Oversee sales resource planning, merchandising management, and REDMART.
- Determine functional requirements for cold drink equipment.
- Collaborate with People & Culture department for appropriate sales force remuneration.
- Manage third-party distributors effectively.
- Develop action plans to close performance gaps.
- Implement promotional programs and activities.
- Manage key projects and drive execution standards.
- Conduct business reviews with customers.

Skills, Experience & Education:
The incumbent requires a bachelor’s degree in Economics/Business Administration/Marketing, 7-10 years of sales, marketing, revenue growth management experience, and experience in multiple regions.
