The Secretary of the Parliament would like to inform all Job Applicants who applied for a job in the Parliament Service that the interview is expected to take place from 24-08-2024 to 29-08-2024 in Dodoma City. The interviewees called for the interview should follow the following instructions:-

1. The Qualifying Interview will be held as shown in this advertisement. Time and place of the interview will be done is specified for each Cadre.
2. Every Respondent must arrive dressed NICELY.
3. Each Respondent should have identification for identification. Acceptable credentials are
   including:- Resident ID, Voter ID, Work ID, ID of Citizenship or Passport.
4. The interviewees must come with their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting with the birth certificate, form IV, VI, Diploma, Higher Diploma, Degree and continue depending on qualifications of the Applicant.
5. Interviewees who will present (Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of results) documents of THE RESULTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH THE INTERVIEW.
6. Each Respondent will pay for Food, Travel and Accommodation.
7. Each Interviewee should consider the date, time and place he was scheduled to conduct the interview.
8. For applicants who have studied outside of Tanzania, they must come with the Verification Documents of their Certificates to the relevant Authorities (such as TCU, NACTE or NECTA)
9. Job applicants whose names did not appear in this advertisement should note that they did not meet parameters. Therefore, do not hesitate to apply again when the job vacancies are announced based on the requirements of relevant announcement.
10. For cadres who are required to be registered with their Professional Boards, they should bring their certificates Original Registration and Operating Licenses.
11. All interviewees called to the interview should make sure they log into their accounts and copy
    test number because those numbers will not be given on the day of the interview
12. All interviewees are informed that currently, the weather in Dodoma City is so cold
    you are advised to wear clothes that withstand the cold weather.
