Processing payments from visitors, overseeing cash transactions, and making sure all transactions are accurate and properly documented are the responsibilities of this role. This position entails maintaining the cleanliness of the cash register area and offering exceptional customer service. Along with helping with other duties include anticipating customers’ wants in the bar and lounge, taking orders, and serving and clearing away food and drink in compliance with guests’ requests and service guidelines.
It is your duty to serve every new customer to the highest standard possible, ensuring their complete satisfaction; to make sure the setup is done correctly and that any money owed by them is collected; and to keep the restaurant tidy.
Education and Training:
- Diploma, related working experience in food and beverage, and related professional area
