  • Support the implementation of strategic, prompt, and efficient internal communications that are in line with the AS&P that has been prepared.
  • Duties pertaining to corporate affairs: Assist in the planning, coordinating, and dissemination of these activities and duties.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required:

  • Education: Bachelors in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public relations, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Work Experience: 1 year or less.

Main Areas of Responsibility:

  1. Administration of the JTI Tanzania Communication Calendar, including monitoring and updating to guarantee that all scheduled activities are carried out as intended.
  2. Create and distribute essential internal communications in a timely manner across all company platforms within the allotted time frame.
  3. Make sure that all JTI Tanzania staff members may access the company’s resources in a timely manner.
  4. Assist team leads in enlisting their teams on all accessible platforms by conducting a monthly assessment (My Mobile, WhatsApp Groups, Bulk SMS etc.)
  5. Administration of the Nyota Newsletter.
  6. Encourage the coordination and dissemination of Corporate Affairs-related initiatives, including social programs, community investment, and stakeholder involvement.
  7. Any other tasks that management amiably requests.
