Title: Direct Sales Agent (85 positions) – Fixed Term Contract at ACB Bank
Tenure: 6 months (Renewable subject to performance)
Location: Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Dodoma, and Mbeya
Job Purpose:
Drive retail sales objectives of the bank through day-to-day customer visits and meeting bank product sales targets for new and existing customers, while delighting existing customer relationships and maintain operational excellence within the appropriate service standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Acquire new bank customers by appointment, referral solicitation or door-to-door canvassing in the assigned areas.
- Open new accounts for new customers and collect account opening forms.
- Register customers into mobile and educate on the usage of our self-service channels.
- Guide all account holders through the required works and processes in line with the bank’s procedures.
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly or yearly sales quotas.
- Handle product queries and deal with bank products and services from the customers.
- Participate in marketing, special projects, & events to aid bank visibility and sales.
- Identify viable campaigns and create relationships by regular selling of bank products.
- Participate and assist in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies.
- Safe keeping of working tools and marketing materials.
- Contribute to brand value, improve sales performance (lead mis-selling) and knowledge of products, services, and bank tariffs.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.

- The positions are only open for fresh graduates of 2024.
