Responsible for leading and managing a team of Acquisition & Collection Agents, Installation Technicians, Dual Contractors, and their customers – responsible for the full customer cycle i.e., Acquisition, Collect, Recover, Maintain, and Fulfil.
Responsibilities:
- Create, implement, and align the acquisition operational strategies with the Region acquisition targets within the designated Region.
- Arranging field operations and acquisition activities to meet goals, generate income, and obtain the appropriate acquisition quality.
- Report shop inventory status to the inventory and logistics departments on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Perform physical stock audits (stock-taking) for the shop and/or 3PDs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- To guarantee that systems are installed and maintained, coordinate the work of installation and maintenance technicians.
- Encourage the hiring of fresh technicians for installation and maintenance in the region of acquisition.
Experience:
- Two or more years of equivalent experience in operational management and sales in a medium-sized business
- An additional advantage is prior managing experience.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management
- Prior involvement in responsibilities or activities related to credit management.
Qualifications:
- A degree and/or relevant experience in business administration, microfinance, sales & marketing, or a related field.
- Aptitude and enthusiasm for training and coaching.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Strong verbal communication abilities with an emphasis on customer service.
- Being open to working or traveling to any part of Tanzania.
