The ideal applicant would have managed and motivated a team while creating and carrying out marketing strategies.
Purpose of the position:
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Also to actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling , networking and social media.
Qualification and Experience :
- Bachelor degree in Marketing /Sales , Business Administration or related field of the study
- 3 -5years progressive Sales experience Within security Industry
- Field sales experience particularly selling guarding.
- Good knowledge of security services Pricing
- Not more than 45 years of age
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent proposal and report writing
- Good negotiation skills and Strategic prospecting.
- Computer literacy. (proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
- High knowledge of IT will be an added advantage.

Job description:
- Producing effective and persuasive marketing materials including emails, proposals and bids , marketing contents , website pages , brochures , marketing videos etc
- Researching and developing insights on customer needs and proposing new product and service design to meet customer demands.
- Develop relationships at a variety of levels within prospect customer organization to create active sales pipeline .
- To present and articulate the technical aspects of a solution to a client as required
- Formulate sales policy ,practices and procedures , come up with business plans , purpose design and implement marketing procedure that will expand the company’s customer base.
