Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Maintain a laser-like focus on the needs of the client, providing them with accurate tracking reports, timely updates, and convenient, relevant, dependable, and responsive communication to help them manage their expectations.
- Respond to client concerns promptly and expertly, working with the fleet planning, client liaison, and operations leads.
- Oversee project controllers in the financial planning, control, and accuracy of journey management to guarantee prompt payment flow to drivers and all related service providers.
- Oversee project controllers to ensure proper fuel allocation and accounting following company protocols.
- Oversee and evaluate Project controllers should make sure that driver debriefing outcomes mirror the bell curve per project and that trip briefings and debriefings are completed within 24 hours of a truck loading or unloading.
Education, Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of a graduate degree from a university in any relevant field, or an equal level of work experience in transportation or logistics support
- SIX SIGMA LEAN (Optimum)
- Project Administration (Optional)
- Management of Businesses (Desirable)
- Safety Coordination (Optional)
- The ability to inspire and motivate team members through leadership
- Proficiency in communication that guarantees lucid and truthful information
- Excellent managerial abilities guaranteeing effective resource use
- The ability to use and control online management systems with ease requires computer literacy.
- Perfect administrative abilities guaranteeing precise and effective processes
- Problem-solving abilities to guarantee that roadblocks to advancement are removed.
