A large-scale digital transformation project is being carried out by Helios Towers Operations and Engineering, with an emphasis on using high-quality data from almost 10,000 sites to improve operational effectiveness. We are looking for recent graduates to work closely with our Performance Engineering teams in Senegal and Tanzania in order to help this. The graduates will work on strategic projects that are essential to Helios Towers’ objectives. They will directly contribute to the creation, testing, and implementation of creative solutions that enhance our Network Operations Centre (NOC), which keeps an eye on site performance, and the field teams in charge of equipment maintenance.

Key projects these graduates will engage in include:
- Proactive Power Alarms: Developing systems to predict and alert on potential power issues before they impact site performance.
- Automated Fuel Planning: Creating algorithms to optimize fuel usage and ensure efficient refueling schedules.
- Power Efficiency Alarms: Implementing alerts to identify and address inefficiencies in power usage.
