The University of Dodoma (UDOM) invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its various Undergraduate Programmes (Degree and Diploma) for the 2024/2025 admission cycle. UDOM Undergraduate Application Of Admission (2024 / 2025) This is the First Application Window open for all applicants from 15th July, 2024 up to 10th August, 2024 under the DIRECT and EQUIVALENT Qualification modes.
Candidates interested to pursue Degree and Diploma programmes at UDOM should apply directly to the University of Dodoma through the UDOM Online Admission System (OAS) available at https://application.udom.ac.tz. Details of the Degree and Diploma programmes and application procedures can be accessed at the University of Dodoma website (www.udom.ac.tz) or Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU) website (www.tcu.go.tz).
All successful applicants are guaranteed of affordable on campus accommodation with excellent learning environment.
All new students are required to report for the orientation programme that normally takes place during the week preceding the beginning of the new academic year.

Successful applicants under self-sponsorship are registered only after they have paid the requisite university dues.
All students, if accepted, are expected to conform entirely to the university regulations.
The deadline for registration of first year students is two weeks from the first day of the orientation week; while for continuing students, it is the Friday of the second week after the commencement of the first semester.
Except for exceptional circumstances, no student will be allowed to change subjects/courses later than the Friday of the fourth week after the beginning of the first semester. Transfers from one study programme to another shall not be allowed after admission and registration.
Students who got discontinued from one college, school, or institute on academic grounds may be allowed to apply in another college, school, or institute provided that their sponsors approve.
Discontinued students wishing to re-apply in the same college, school, or institute must show evidence of having pursued further studies satisfactory to the college, school, or institute.
Students will be allowed to be away from university studies for a maximum of two years if they are to be allowed to be re-admitted to the same year of studies where they left off.
Students who got discontinued from studies because of examination irregularities will be considered for re-admission after three years. They will be required to re-apply and compete with other applicants for re-admission into the first year.
