WASSHA Inc Hiring Business Analyst. The WASSHA Inc is a Japanese company incorporated in 2013 to deliver electrical power to people in off-grid areas.
JOB PURPOSE
The Sales Manager will provide direction to the company Analyst as they assist smartphone company operations. In addition to helping the teams in charge of sales, marketing, and customer service, this function entails analysis and insight-gathering for company enhancements. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), exchanging operational status updates, pinpointing areas of underperformance, and exploring new prospects in both established and developing markets are among the principal duties. By making use of current business resources including the kiosk network, marketing team coverage, and customer service relationships, the applicant will add value for both agents and customers.

Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research and SWOT analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
Data Management:
- Develop and maintain databases with internal/external partners, visualize data for stakeholders, and analyze data to offer insightful suggestions for decision-making while ensuring data quality and integrity.
Performance Metrics:
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance metrics to track the success of business development efforts.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain regular reports for the operations team and management to track progress and performance.
Collaboration:
- Work with sales leaders, CS leaders, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose KPI modifications, and devise strategies for business improvements.
Operation Design and Support:
- Design, analyze, and update standard operating procedures related to smartphone businesses to improve efficiency and productivity.
Planning and Monitoring:
- Plan sales, costs, profits, installations, and payment collections and monitor actual results against targets with the Sales & Marketing Manager and the management team.
Meeting Facilitation:
- Set agendas, facilitate meetings, lead discussions, and prepare minutes, including action items, for regular smartphone business meetings.

Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or any other related field.
Professional Experience:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in business development, statistics, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Internal Customers:
- All managers and team leaders in the Tanzania branch.
- All sales leaders, CS leaders, and WASSHA employees.
External Customers:
- All WASSHA agents, customers, and other partners in the smartphone business.
