Job Description:
It will be your duty as the human resource manager to supervise every aspect of the procedures and practices related to human resources. Workplace relations, hiring, performance management, training and development, and compliances are just a few of the tasks you will oversee. In order to maximize value to the company as a whole, it is your responsibility to make sure the HR department operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Experience in the security industry is a plus.
