Minimum requirements for this tour consultant role:
- Relevant degree-level education preferably in Tourism and Hospitality Sectors.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong Communication skills; both verbal and written formats
- Strong Customer Service and Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels
- Attention to detail and with an analytical mind
- Time Management and Organization Skills
- Stress Management and conflict-handling skills
- ICT Proficien
- Proficiency in English and a foreign language will be an advantage. These skills are crucial for a successful tour consultant.
